Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges on eligible items purchased directly from our store or website, provided they meet the following conditions:

• The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
• The original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided.

Customized or engraved jewellery pieces are not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged or defective on arrival.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the delicate and personalized nature of jewellery, the following items cannot be returned:

• Special or custom orders
• Engraved or altered products
• Items showing signs of wear or damage
• Discounted or clearance items

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• In some cases, store credit may be offered for future purchases.

4. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. To request an exchange, please contact us with photos of the item within 48 hours of receiving your order.

5. Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your receipt until your return is confirmed.
